I am a Mormon...married to Lisa. We have 5 awesome children. I am a gun rights advocate and believe the 'right to keep and bear arms' refers to an INDIVIDUAL right, as affirmed by the U.S. Supreme Court. I like to hunt big game, although I have only ever killed a single buck deer. I am an actor of sorts and have been in many local plays and musicals.

    Weirdest. June. Ever.

I was watching Eubank do his shpeel on channel 5 last night and he said this was only the 13th wettest June on record...so far. In my nearly 36 years of living in Utah, I have yet to see a continuous chain of thunder storms that lasted over a week.

    Unheard of.

And the average rainfall for June has already been surpassed and it's only June 12.

    Crazy!

If the sun doesn't shine soon, my vegetable garden will be weeks behind in its growth. No squash or carrots until October, I guess.

The last really wet June I remember was the 1st jun while you were on your mission. It rained nonstop all day for days and days and days.

After living in NM for a week I packed up the kids and drove back to Utah (don't worry, I plan on going back to John in one week - we're back just taking care of recitals and camp) Anyway, I should have checked the weather report before I left. I only packed shorts and no jackets. I wish I'd known to pack raincoats, umbrellas and galoshes!

Which Intelligence?

http://www.blogthings.com/whatkindofintelligencedoyouhavequiz/

My results: Your Dominant Intelligence is Interpersonal Intelligence

You shine in your ability to relate to and understand others. Good at seeing others' points of view, you get how people think and feel. You have an uncanny ability to sense true feelings, intentions, and motivations. A natural born leader, you are great at teaching and mediating conflict.

You would make a good counselor, salesperson, politician, or business person.
