I am a gun rights advocate and believe the 'right to keep and bear arms' refers to an INDIVIDUAL right, as affirmed by the U.S. Supreme Court. I like to hunt big game, although I have only ever killed a single buck deer. I am an actor of sorts and have been in many local plays and musicals.

    Teach a Boy to Fish...

    We went fishing this morning. Took the 3 oldest boys to Tibble Fork reservoir in American Fork canyon. Erik brought his boys as well. That's a VERY small and over-fished place! It was quite crowded. After 2 hours we decided to head to higher ground...that is, a higher lake: Silver Lake. HUGE! It's like 3 times the size of Tibble. And because it's accessible only by a 3 mile dirt road, many choose not to go there. Alas, the fishing god was not smiling upon us today. For the first time in YEARS, we got skunked today. 3 of us had a nibble, but nobody caught a derned thing. It was beautiful. Oh, and had I swimsuit, I'd have jumped into that crystal clear lake in a heartbeat.
