I am a Mormon...married to Lisa. We have 5 awesome children. I am a gun rights advocate and believe the 'right to keep and bear arms' refers to an INDIVIDUAL right, as affirmed by the U.S. Supreme Court. I like to hunt big game, although I have only ever killed a single buck deer. I am an actor of sorts and have been in many local plays and musicals.

    Christmas Bonus

I'm no Clark Griswold. My Christmas bonus has never equaled anything close to his. That said, each year my company trucks in a pallet of groceries from Denver and each employee gets a sack full. You can guess which company I work for by the bag. It's usually pretty good stuff too...olive oil, gourmet cookies, sauces and soups, pasta sauce, salsa, etc. And it's all the "company" brand, which is high quality stuff.

It's something I look forward to every year!

p.s. allthough we have not been with Safeway for 4 years, we still have about 4 bottles of soy sauce, 4 bottles of teriyaki sauce, 6 bottles of BBQ sauce, 3 jars of fancy vinegar, and 4 bottles of green olives in our food storage!

Some things don't get used too often, but when you get it every year . . .it realy adds up!

Yup! They are stuffed with either jalapenos, almonds, onions, or pimientos. Super good! I've got an extra jar I'll bring over to you tomorrow. Merry Christmas!

Thank you sooo much! I wasn't hinting (but now that I know it works...) John went straight for the jar when we got home and he didn't even take off his coat. The stuffed almond olives are already gone and as soon as my jalapeno loving daughter finds out those will be gone too!

Seriously, that was such a fun surprise every year at good ole Safeway! I also thought it was fun trading stuff with others once we received our bags--felt like elementary school again. In a totally cool way.

Which Intelligence?

http://www.blogthings.com/whatkindofintelligencedoyouhavequiz/

My results: Your Dominant Intelligence is Interpersonal Intelligence

You shine in your ability to relate to and understand others. Good at seeing others' points of view, you get how people think and feel. You have an uncanny ability to sense true feelings, intentions, and motivations. A natural born leader, you are great at teaching and mediating conflict.

You would make a good counselor, salesperson, politician, or business person.
