I am a Mormon...married to Lisa. We have 5 awesome children. I am a gun rights advocate and believe the 'right to keep and bear arms' refers to an INDIVIDUAL right, as affirmed by the U.S. Supreme Court. I like to hunt big game, although I have only ever killed a single buck deer. I am an actor of sorts and have been in many local plays and musicals.

    P.S.

    I was right.

Mike Chappell is our new stake president. John Parker (my former Elders Quorum President) is his 1st counselor, and Dave Finch (Erik's brother) is his 2nd counselor.

As each name was called, I was absolutely thrilled. I have great respect for each of those men. I have admired them for years. Although I don't know Bishop Finch very well, I am sure he will prove to be a great leader and gain great respect in our stake.

    Good, good day.

Oh...and Elder Perry was awesome. He speaks with power and authority and is definitely Called of God.

It's the new stake presidency just so exciting??! (hehe they all thought i was 15) But I'm really excited for them as well! Mom says it will be a revitalization for our stake towards the missionary work they talked about on Saturday!

Which Intelligence?

http://www.blogthings.com/whatkindofintelligencedoyouhavequiz/

My results: Your Dominant Intelligence is Interpersonal Intelligence

You shine in your ability to relate to and understand others. Good at seeing others' points of view, you get how people think and feel. You have an uncanny ability to sense true feelings, intentions, and motivations. A natural born leader, you are great at teaching and mediating conflict.

You would make a good counselor, salesperson, politician, or business person.
